Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program execution from concept through customer ramp, ensuring on-time delivery of semiconductor equipment solutions
  • Define and drive technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, and field support across multiple geographies
  • Establish program KPIs, milestones, and governance structures to track progress and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and translate into actionable engineering specifications
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce cycle times
  • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI
  • Present program status, technical challenges, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
  • Facilitate design reviews, FMEA sessions, and technical risk assessments throughout product development
  • Coordinate field trials and customer validation activities to ensure successful product adoption

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of program management experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
  • Proven track record managing complex technical programs with global, cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment lifecycle
  • Strong proficiency in program management methodologies (PMP certification preferred)
  • Experience with MES, ERP, and PLM systems in manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across matrix organizations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
  • Strong communication skills to interface with technical teams, executives, and customers
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
  • Experience working with OEMs, foundries, or IDMs in semiconductor ecosystem
  • Knowledge of industry standards including SEMI, ISO, and EHS requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in fast-paced environment
  • Experience with risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies
