Job Purpose To lead Circle Line Signal/Platform Screen Door (PSD) team under Signal Branch, responsible for performing Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Management (CM), Improvement Maintenance (IM) activities in CCL OCC, overhaul, and repair of PSD Equipment in accordance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise the functions of CCL Signal PSD teams / shift groups ensuring that PM and CM works are executed in accordance to established standard procedures / requirements Lead a team of Assistant Engineers and Technical Officers in performing tasks in compliance with relevant procedures and instructions contained in Quality Procedures, Work Specifications, Work Instructions, Signal Standing Instructions, and any relevant change instructions disseminated Investigate any recurrent or persistent equipment and recommend follow up action Responsible for the safety of self, peers at workplace; off and on trackside throughout working period Co-ordinate roles of Signal Branch and liaise with other Branches whenever necessary Record all PSD faults or incidents on fault and incident relating to Signaling and serve as information center Ensure plan scheduled PM and CM are performed timely Complete the necessary reports required of Engineering Maintenance Managers Review and evaluate fault trends of CCL Equipment Submit regular statistical reports Manage and control of maintenance spares Ensure good housekeeping in the workplace Every staff in Circle Line is responsible for their own as well as their Team’s Safety. Staff shall uphold the CCL Safety Mission and 3 principles to complete tasks, perform duties, fulfil the goals of the organization, and adhere to the individual roles and responsibilities Ad-hoc related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time Qualifications & Work Experience Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognised institution Minumum 5 years of relevant experience Able to commit to permanent night shift due to operational requirement
