Senior Systems Analyst / Systems Specialist (Cloud Platform Integration)

About This Role

SMRT seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to design and implement secure technical interfaces across heterogeneous environments using middleware. This role translates business needs into technical blueprints, ensuring end-to-end integration success.

Responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into technical specifications and propose integration solutions.
• Develop, configure, and maintain SAP PI/PO/CPI integrations across systems.
• Conduct quality checks, testing, and prepare UAT test cases/cutover activities.
• Monitor and resolve critical interface issues, risks, and system incidents.
• Document solutions, maintain technical specifications, and follow SDLC policy.
• Support integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., Maximo, .net).

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in ERP implementation/support lifecycle using middleware.
• Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
• Proven design/development of SAP PI/PO/CPI integrations (ESR, ID).
• Experience implementing end-to-end integration across SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Proficiency in configuring interfaces, routing rules, and adapters (File/FTP, HTTP, REST).
• Skilled in message structure design and transformations (XSLT, Groovy, XML, JSON).
• Ability to prepare technical specs and support testing deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills with independent problem-solving capability.
