- In this role, you will blend engineering depth with digital innovation, cross‑functional teamwork, and technical leadership to ensure product quality and drive process efficiency.
- Lead product design validation for new product development, ensuring strong design integrity, reliability, and user‑centric performance.
- Lead cross functional project team engineers, internal and outsourced development partners, to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions.
- Design and execute test strategies for new design sub-assembly, module and integrated product.
- Digital transformation processes by automating workflows, test execution, data collection, and analytics.
Requirements

- Education & Experience Recommended
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- (Advantage) 4-7 years of relevant work experience in engineering design or industrial standards testing of consumer products
- Skills in engineering design tools and software packages to study engineering design and ideate solutions
- Applicable Knowledge & Skills
