Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement test strategies for NPI programs and ongoing product development.
- Champion the shift-left approach, ensuring quality is built into design and development.
- Drive automation enablement for Home and Pro products.
- Lead adoption of AI/ML-assisted testing and predictive defect analysis.
- Architect and optimize continuous testing pipelines integrated with CI/CD workflows.
- Present quality metrics, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in software/firmware testing, quality engineering, or product qualification.
- Proven expertise in test strategy development, automation frameworks, and AI/ML in testing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present complex quality metrics and risks to senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
