About This Role
As a Solutions Account Manager at Airbus in Singapore, you bridge customer needs with internal operations for complex Managed Solutions. You are responsible for operational delivery and financial performance across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own contracts, managing in-service deal operations and financials.
- Lead/support design activities for new campaigns and customers.
- Align customer requirements with existing capabilities, identifying gaps.
- Manage improvement projects to boost Solutions performance and profitability.
- Define Solutions requirements and manage changes across supporting functions.
- Perform data analysis and provide back office support to local teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of aerospace customer-facing experience.
- Project management and/or process design experience.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required.
- Strong analytical skills combined with social competences.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting and terminology.
- Customer-oriented, team player with high integrity.
- Available for occasional international travel.
