Responsibilities
- Handle complex IT issues and ensure user problems are resolved promptly.
- Manage equipment RFQs, procurement, inventory, and asset lifecycle management.
- Ensure stable PC environments and maintain a secure user platform with proper IAM practices.
- Monitor automatic jobs, hardware interfaces, and peripheral equipment (printers).
- Manage PC security including virus checks, disk encryption, and portable device access control.
- Support procurement of IT equipment and keep hardware/software registers updated.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years experience within IT Support.
- ITIL Foundation certified (v3 or v4).
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Broad understanding of IT (hardware, software, network).
- Printer troubleshooting and Print Management.
- Experience with IT Asset Life Cycle Management (CMDB - Configuration Management Database).
- Familiarity with network topics such as DHCP and DNS.
- Written skills demonstrating structure.
