Procurement Specialist responsible for end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay activities, supplier qualification, contract management and cost‑reduction initiatives for Abbott Nutrition's Singapore manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay process activities including sourcing, RFP/RFQ, bid analysis, negotiations, contract management and conversion of purchase requisitions to purchase orders
- Handle contract renewals, review scope of work, negotiate terms and ensure legal considerations are incorporated
- Qualify new ingredient, packaging materials and key services, including change‑control activities
- Ensure adherence to purchasing controls, policies and procedures and drive compliance
- Identify and develop procurement efficiency and value improvement opportunities, including cost reduction and avoidance initiatives
- Conduct tenders and RFx activities, consolidate responses, perform bid analysis and recommend contract awards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline or Diploma
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain functions
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay processes including RFx execution, negotiations, contract management and purchase order execution
- Hands‑on experience with ERP and e‑procurement systems such as SAP or SRM (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and suppliers, influence without authority and work effectively in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment
- Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities independently under tight timelines
