  • The CRM Asia Pacific Medical Affairs Director will be responsible for Medical Affairs strategies and solutions including physician engagement, Research Grants, Investigator Sponsored Studies, Collaborative Research and Quality Improvement projects.
  • He/she will contribute to the APAC clinical development strategy and will support the design of CRM post market studies to generate local real-world data and evidence.
  • He/she will work closely with APAC leadership – DVP, GMs, regional function directors (marketing, reimbursement, clinical and regulatory), global Medical Affairs and Clinical Affairs leaders, and take the lead on appropriate CRM studies at global or local level.

Requirements

  • A Science degree: Medical Doctor preferably, Pharmacist or PhD in Biomedical Sciences or equivalent by experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the therapeutic area, strength in research and interpretation of scientific data.
  • Insight in CV healthcare dynamics, especially in the field of CRM Relevant work experience, scientific acumen and communication skills in order to be accepted by Leading Specialists in peer-to-peer relationship.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Medical Affairs, and/or Clinical Affairs or Research Organizational management experience Strong strategic focus.
  • High customer focus and awareness of the importance of business results.
  • Strong business acumen.
