- PRIMARY FUNCTION Responsible for allocating responsibilities and overseeing operations for assigned area and lines whilst monitoring productivity rates against established targets.
- Oversight of materials management and reviews the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for materials management and cleaning activities.
- Propose and implement improvements to production workflows, equipment and systems to achieve production targets in a timely manner.
- Plan and manage production activities in a way which drives operational efficiency and excellence, and should possess underlying technical knowledge of equipment and systems within the facilities.
Requirements
- Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated industry.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication.
- Possess coaching and development skill.
- Possess change management and problem-solving skills.
- Possess control knowledge Is a team-player Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Experience working on Continuous Improvement Projects Is analytical and systematic in investing programs and decisive in implementing optimal solutions in the course of his work.
