Key Responsibilities

  • To provide technical support to physicians during device implant and to meet sales target assigned.
  • Perform CRMD product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve AOP, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories Formulate Sales Plan, Revenue tracking report and Account Profile of customers in assigned territories Manage consignment stocks in assigned territories Provide technical service and support and patient follow-up to external customers Provide training to nurses, referral doctors, health care workers and team members Obtain market Intelligence such as competitor product, pricing, marketing programs etc Understand local government healthcare policy and market trends Handle and process customer complaints in a timely manner and in accordance to SJM requirement Assist in clinical research, when necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or related field Preferably with related hospital working experience, familiar with workflow and processes in the hospital Candidates without related qualifications but with related working experience will be considered.
