Key Responsibilities

  • MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE The role is responsible for leading and managing the sales team within the assigned territory to drive business growth and expand market share.

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Own and manage the quarterly LBE, ensuring accuracy and accountability for all financial and operational inputs.
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly demand forecasts to Demand Planners by analyzing hospital usage trends and incorporating new product introductions or replacements for obsolete products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers to enhance engagement and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in innovative cardiology medical devices or advanced healthcare technologies.
  • At least 3 years of proven people management experience, with a strong track record in coaching, developing, and leading high‑performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a business unit or function to achieve sales, operational, and financial targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build trust across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent administrative, documentation, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and consistent follow‑through.
