Associate/Senior Associate (12 months contract), Public Markets (Trade Support) - Shift Hours

About This Role

Join Temasek's Public Markets US team in Singapore for this contract role, providing crucial front-office support to the New York-based investment group. This position offers exposure to global execution processes while requiring alignment with US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-trade logistics and assist the trading desk with internal workflow coordination.
• Handle operations processes for adding new securities and setting up trading systems.
• Run simulations, investigate compliance blocks, and perform compliance checks for counterparties/holdings.
• Manage post-trade operations including trade booking, data enrichment, and report compilation.
• Support with data analytics construction and maintaining execution blotters/reporting systems.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects, including data extraction and process enhancement through automation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a front or middle office support role.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of handling large datasets.
• Proficiency in generating visual analytics.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills for cross-functional projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to operate in time-sensitive environments.
• Must align with US business hours (1:45 PM - 11:00 PM SGT).
