AI & Analytics Intern, Financial Management (Jun/Jul - Dec 2026)

About This Role

Temasek is seeking an AI & Analytics Intern to build and maintain governance models in Snowflake, develop dashboards using Streamlit and Tableau, and implement data pipelines to support Cortex AI-powered insights for the Financial Management department.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-enabled dashboards using Streamlit, Tableau, and Snowflake Cortex.
• Build and maintain semantic models in Snowflake to enable consistent analytics and AI-powered insights.
• Support the pioneering phase of a data analytics hub by generating trends, anomalies, and variance analysis.
• Implement process automation to improve efficiency and enhance scalability of existing data workflows.
• Ensure robust documentation on dashboard builds, automation logic, and user guides for transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, governance, and sustainability of analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with common AI data libraries (e.g., pandas, snowflake-ml-python).
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data cleansing/ validation checks.
• Experience gathering reporting requirements and translating them into dashboards or automated solutions.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate or UiPath).
• Good communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities and eagerness to learn.
