About This Role
Join Temasek as an Associate/Senior Associate in Strategic Initiatives to drive long-term value through strategic investments and collaborations. You will support high-impact opportunities across various Temasek teams.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives workstreams (investments, new strategies, value creation)
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and stakeholders
- Support deal evaluation, due diligence, analysis, and negotiation
- Lead financial modeling and related workstreams
- Prepare investment materials for senior management review
- Support post-investment portfolio management of SI assets
Requirements
- 1-2 years in top-tier PE, investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A
- Strong transaction management and intellectual capacity
- Proficiency in technical skills (financial modeling, presentations)
- Good interpersonal skills and self-starter mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
