Responsibilities
- Drive client engagement and franchise growth strategies to ensure high satisfaction.
- Lead sales performance on individual and team levels to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure service compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit/security standards.
- Inculcate a high-performance culture to attract, develop, and retain top staff.
- Build partnerships with internal and external business partners to support the wealth strategy.
- Identify opportunities in asset classes and employ best strategies for client needs.
Requirements
- Degree with more than 15 years of relevant wealth management experience.
- Deep expertise in the Singapore market with relevant networks.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
- Ability to relate to all levels of staff with strong networking capabilities.
- Passion to develop business and grow the team.
- Location: DBS Asia Central.
