Join traveloka in Singapore as a Senior Associate Product Manager to drive the technical execution of flight booking features. You will maintain and optimize critical API connections with global airline partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supplier API connections for performance and accuracy.
- Define detailed technical requirements with engineering teams.
- Serve as SME for API connectivity, resolving XML/JSON transaction issues.
- Monitor KPIs like latency and success rates for technical improvements.
- Partner with UX/UI and data science on product strategy.
- Manage and prioritize the technical product backlog.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 6+ years in technical product management or similar engineering role.
- Hands-on debugging of XML/JSON transactions.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Strong grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Data-driven decision-making for system optimization.
- Excellent ability to bridge business and technical gaps.
