Join traveloka in Singapore as a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of critical flight-related technical products. You will translate ideas into innovative features, enhancing the platform experience through deep technical collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and support product delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for technical innovation opportunities.
- Guide junior team members on technical product aspects.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to identify areas for technical improvement.
- Work with UX/UI and data science teams on cohesive product strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 6 years in product management (technical role preferred).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
