Responsibilities

• Investigate root causes of cyber incidents such as ransomware or network intrusion
• Help clients recover from breaches by restoring systems and expelling intruders
• Prepare reports for client management or Singapore PDPC regulators
• Supervise and advise junior colleagues on day-to-day tasks
• Work in project teams, independent settings, and outside regular office hours
• Provide practical recommendations on how to prevent future incidents

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a technology-related field, with at least 2 years in cybersecurity
• Experience with incident response and digital forensics is essential
• Proficiency in networking, Internet concepts, computers, and basic cloud providers (Azure/Amazon Web Services)
• Understanding of Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems, including OS permission models
• Hands-on experience with digital forensics and computer troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using command line tools, especially on Linux, with loop-based file iteration capabilities
• Ability to write simple scripts using a loop and regular expressions to parse log files
