  • Build the Great Eastern HNW Sales Leadership Program to support Distribution HNW Sales Leaders in their professional development.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses to identify leadership and sales capability gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful learning solutions.
  • Establish and cultivate partnerships with leading industry and academic institutes for program design and execution.
  • Champion a growth mindset and drive a culture of continuous learning and capability building.
  • Engage key stakeholders to secure commitment for learning initiatives and drive strategic roadmaps.
