About the role

Lead the go-to-market strategy and develop marketing initiatives for new products and propositions across various lines of business to meet revenue objectives, while also leading and mentoring the Product Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a suite of compelling consumer and distributor product marketing assets for all lines of business including Life, General, and High Net Worth.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and sales of products & propositions to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage media & campaign planning to optimize marketing budgets and ROI of marketing spend.
  • Execute content marketing efforts to educate audiences on propositions and serve as a funnel for product discovery and consideration.
  • Collaborate with customer research and product proposition teams to develop clear value propositions across solutions & services.
  • Mentor and develop the team to build functional competencies, career growth, and foster company-wide collaboration.
