  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement scores) to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support leaders in managing complex employee relations cases, balancing business and employees' interests.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure attraction of culture-fit talent.
