Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Implement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, performance management, and career progression.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement scores) to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
- Support leaders in managing complex employee relations cases, balancing business and employees' interests.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure attraction of culture-fit talent.
