About the role
Provide dedicated business support for Agency and Bank channels, overseeing smooth operational processes including financing matters for High Net Worth (HNW) pre-case submissions. This role also assists in process improvement projects and manages various operational aspects related to HNW client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated business support for Agency and Bank channels, ensuring smooth operational processes including financing matters on HNW pre-case submissions.
- Serve as a point of contact for timely and quality responses to HNW-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of financing applications and preparation of related reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate with financing partners on facility approvals for new products and assist in onboarding new financing partners, distributors, and vendors.
- Organize financing workshops and trainings for the Agency channel in coordination with financing partners.
- Facilitate and conduct periodic checks and updates on department information and operating guidelines regarding financing and operations.
- Assist in coordinating concierge services for HNW clients and Agency representatives under the recognition program.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate operational risks.
