About This Role

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced agentic AI solutions for networking infrastructure, including RAG workflows, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of complex agentic AI solutions for networking automation, predictive maintenance, and intelligent network management.
• Architect end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and AI systems tailored for networking environments.
• Partner with networking teams to define strategic goals and translate them into technical requirements for AI agents.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and governance to a team of AI engineers focused on agentic system optimization.
• Establish best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, and performance standards within networking contexts.
• Drive research on emerging agentic AI technologies to identify strategic opportunities for network automation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing and deploying scalable AI applications with a strong foundation in Python.
• Advanced proficiency in LLM orchestration, vector databases, prompt engineering, and frameworks for building AI agents.
• Demonstrated expertise in enhancing LLMs with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Prior experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving complex AI projects to successful completion.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices for AI, including CI/CD pipelines and model deployment.
• Capacity to identify strategic opportunities for agentic AI in networking, proactively detecting and resolving network issues.
• Proficiency in developing solutions across Unix and Windows environments.
