About This Role

DBS Private Banking seeks an Executive Director to lead the Singapore market relationship management team, focusing on HNW/UHNW client acquisition and retention while implementing a geographical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/ UHNW clients within the Singapore market.
• Implement geographical focused strategy in line with business strategy.
• Source for and acquire new clients within market and refer potential clients to other marketing teams or other segments.
• Provide investment advice to clients and be fully responsible for clients under management.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and understand the client's background and source of wealth.
• Ensure compliance with bank's and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with more than 15 years of relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge of private banking products and solutions as well as deep expertise of the Singapore market with relevant networks.
• Good understanding of banking compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client centricity.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate widely with various internal stakeholders.
