SEA Sales Finance Business & Education Analyst

About This Role

Seeking a Finance Analyst to partner with sales teams in Singapore, leveraging data-driven insights and automation for strategic growth across Education and Business channels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand trends and provide executive updates for strategic business planning.
• Represent SEA in WW Business & Education forums to fulfill data requests from global teams.
• Partner with sales leaders to define business strategy, evaluate proposals, and support sustainable growth.
• Identify automation opportunities and develop scalable analytics tools to enhance efficiency for the Sales Finance team.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to support contract reviews, governance frameworks, and process controls.
• Develop reporting frameworks and analytical models to evaluate performance and form commercial recommendations.

Requirements

• Finance degree or relevant advanced work experience in Financial controlling / accounting or Sales/ commercial finance.
• 5-10 years of experience in Financial controlling / accounting or Sales/ commercial finance.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and influence outcomes.
• Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of customer profitability, pricing/discount dynamics, and experience on SEA markets or Indonesia.
