Job Responsibilities: Strategic - Drive credit solutions initiatives, with a primary focus on secondary loan distribution and credit insurance to optimize portfolio composition. - Contribute to CPM strategy in APAC, including RWA reduction and portfolio risk management. - Collaborate with Head Office and global teams to ensure alignment with CPM priorities. Financial - Support secondary loan distribution through internal approval and coordination processes - Execute credit insurance transactions in coordination with deal teams, brokers, and insurers. - Contribute to portfolio optimization, including RWA efficiency and risk-return enhancement. - Support monitoring of portfolio performance and key risk metrics. Customer - Work with internal stakeholders (RM, Credit/Risk, product teams) to advance credit solutions initiatives. - Maintain relationships with external counterparties such as brokers and insurers. - Support coordination across regions and Head Office People - Collaborate effectively within the team and across regions. - Share knowledge and support team capability development. Other/ Control - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Maintain appropriate documentation and controls. - Support process and reporting improvements where relevant. Job Requirements: Minimum JLPT N1 Certification (or equivalent business-level Japanese proficiency) to communicate effectively with stakeholders of various divisions in Tokyo Head Office, as the role requires interaction with Japanese speaking stakeholders. Minimum 5 year of Japanese corporate banking experience as the role requires interaction with Tokyo Head Office and Global Teams Minimum Bachelor’s Degree qualified Proven knowledge of corporate banking products and credit risk management Demonstrated experience in credit solutions, including credit insurance and/or loan distribution, preferred Proven communication and stakeholder management skills across regions ​ We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified. #LI-DNI Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
