Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional monetization strategies to drive revenue growth across APAC
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key technology and ecosystem players
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycles including prospecting, negotiation, and onboarding
- Negotiate high-value commercial contracts and partnership terms to ensure optimal business outcomes
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align partnership initiatives with technical roadmaps
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform regional business strategy
- Manage and grow existing partner accounts to maximize long-term value and engagement
- Report on regional performance metrics and partnership health to executive leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, monetization, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record of successfully managing regional partnerships in the APAC market
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with diverse monetization models
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Professional fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other APAC language
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Deep understanding of the semiconductor, hardware, or digital platform industry
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Asia-Pacific region
