This role drives revenue growth for enterprise-level technical solutions across the APAC region, focusing on semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors. The specialist will manage complex sales cycles, provide technical expertise during product demonstrations, and build strategic relationships with key industrial accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-level sales strategy and execution across the APAC region to achieve revenue targets
- Lead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations for prospective industrial and semiconductor clients
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial prospecting and qualification through to technical evaluation and closing
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts, ensuring solution alignment with customer operational requirements
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to communicate regional market requirements and influence product roadmaps
- Develop and present high-impact technical proposals and ROI business cases to C-level executives
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain detailed activity records within the CRM system
- Coordinate with regional channel partners and distributors to expand market reach and technical support capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or business development in the semiconductor or industrial technology space
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level sales cycles and meeting or exceeding high-value quotas
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, industrial automation, or factory software systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a local regional language such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is highly preferred
- Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value propositions for diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the APAC region to visit customer sites and attend industry events
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling multi-year enterprise license agreements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
