The DBS Fund Selection is responsible for identifying and conducting comprehensive due diligence on, and continual monitoring of a curated universe of traditional (Mutual funds) and alternative (Hedge funds) investment solutions. Responsibilities Responsible for the end-to-end selection and ongoing monitoring of traditional mutual funds and alternative funds. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business units and external asset managers/GPs. Deliver investment advisory, communications, and training. Provide expert investment advisory as well as championing of managed solutions products to advisors and clients. Oversee BAU funds platform maintenance, monitoring recommendations, and model portfolios. Support and execute regional funds initiatives and ad-hoc projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Self-starter, highly motivated, and results-oriented. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in fund selection and due diligence across Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, and/or Private Markets, preferably in private banking. CFA charterholder certification or candidate is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment products. Team player with the ability to work together with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative manner. Good understanding of banking operations.
