Full Job Description
Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive client services and support to a diverse portfolio of corporate and institutional banking clients Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring seamless client experiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centric strategies and initiatives Participate in the analysis of client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize service delivery Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation Provide administrative support and coordination as needed Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
