Key Responsibilities
- Assist Global Co-Head of FI in establishing business strategies.
- Implement performance management structure with quantifiable KPIs.
- Form the risk and control framework for the business.
- Drive various project initiatives and track success criteria.
- Work with RMs to enhance collaboration with product offices.
- Monitor business performance and provide financial analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Mindset - problem solving, analytical, independent, team player.
- Ability to work under strict timelines, manage multi-projects.
- Experience in business management, business analyst, project management with Corp/FI Banking background.
