About the role
Director, Solutions APAC for MUFG's Global Corporate & Institutional Banking (GCIB) Asia franchise. Focus on regulatory capital, developing multi-product client solutions, and driving revenue generation across APAC.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Solutions team with a focus on bank and insurance regulatory capital across APAC.
- Contribute to the solutions strategy aligned with broader GCIB business strategy.
- Implement and execute client solutions in collaboration with relationship managers and product teams.
- Actively manage and pursue opportunities in capital markets, M&A financing, global markets, etc.
- Originate and develop sustainable, multi-product client solutions.
- Ensure adherence to all Regional/Country Risk and Compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in regulatory and hybrid capital for banks and insurers across APAC.
- Extensive senior client relationships across APAC and a strong track record of transactions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulation, accounting, local finance laws, and taxation.
- Deep understanding of Capital/RWA solutions, rating agencies, cross border issues, ALM.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Credit analysis skills.
