Vice President, Head of Credit & Account Management for APAC Global Corporate & Investment Banking. Provides end-to-end support on client due diligence, credit review and control, and ongoing management of legal covenants and credit conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure team deliverables for internal client and credit processes are executed within expectations.
- Lead due diligence for continuous improvements in client and credit processes.
- Understand products and transactions risk to ascertain credit risk factors.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the team to support business growth and reduce operational risks.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient team deliverables in covenant management and client support.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in an analytical or client coverage role within corporate or investment banking covering the APAC region.
- Proven working experience in transformation and change management.
- Minimum bachelor degree.
- Experience in managing teams under cross-matrix reporting structures.
- Demonstrated abilities to influence senior stakeholders.
