About the role
Provide comprehensive support to ASO managements and HODs as an Assistant Vice President, Executive Assistant. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense management, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage management's calendar, scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Organize, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
- Manage travel logistics with APAC branch members, including booking and itinerary preparation.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for reimbursement.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Serve as the main point of contact between management and stakeholders.

- Highly organized and proactive.
- Experienced in multitasking.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
- Ensure travel is cost-effective and compliant with Bank policies.
