Lead Client Onboarding for Global Markets Products in APAC. Ensure seamless onboarding for corporate clients, acting as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and operations. Drive improvements, automation, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Client Onboarding - global markets products team in APAC.
  • Serve as primary client contact for Global Market products onboarding.
  • Drive implementation and improvements for best client experience.
  • Drive automation and digitization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with front office, compliance, legal, and operations.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory frameworks (Dodd Frank, EMIR, JSA).

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years in client onboarding, regulatory onboarding, middle office, or operations in Financial Markets/Institutional Banking.
  • At least 2 years handling Global Markets products.
  • Direct experience and knowledge of Global Markets business.
  • Good knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and corporate client onboarding.
  • Demonstrated understanding of regulatory frameworks (Dodd Frank, EMIR, JSA).
  • Experience coordinating with Legal, Compliance, KYC, and Front Office teams.
