About the role
MUFG is looking for a Vice President, Country Desk in Singapore to join the Global Corporate Banking Division. This role involves representing coverage countries at APAC Headquarters, developing account strategies, coordinating with Product Offices, and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as designated coordinator for assigned APAC country(ies)
- Lead and support development of annual planning account strategies
- Coordinate with Product Offices to capture cross-border transactions
- Participate in Deal Screening Committees (DSC)
- Translate and deliver bank-wide and regional strategies to coverage countries
- Support GCIB Country Heads in execution of business initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate banking products and services
- Proven experience in credit and/or relationship management
- Experience in lending portfolio data consolidation and analysis is an advantage
- Strong familiarity with the Asia-Pacific banking and corporate landscape
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
