Key Responsibilities
- Formulate comprehensive KYC transformation program for APAC and build consensus.
- Develop and implement strategies for KYC projects (TOM, governance, systems, process re-engineering, talent development).
- Collaborate with Global KYC Leadership, Regional Heads, and Branches on regional strategy and roadmap.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Establish project governance and chair project committees.
- Apply expert business transformation and KYC knowledge to create a platform maximizing productivity and strengthening control.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years (VP) or 4 years (Associate) of strategic project management experience in a complex matrix structure.
- Demonstrated experience managing large KYC/AML projects and programs across multiple locations.
- Minimum 4 years of stakeholder management experience (conflict resolution, consensus building, influencing).
- Experience managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities.
- Highly organized with a structured and logical approach.
- Bachelor's degree.
