Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic AI, GenAI, and Data programs and projects.
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Identify, assess, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, including steering committees and status reporting.
- Ensure responsible AI principles are embedded across the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, including 3 years leading large-scale initiatives.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience in delivering AI, GenAI, data analytics, or data platform programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience operating in regulated environments such as banking or financial services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
