About the role
Lead regional governance and execution for Procurement and Third-Party Management (TPM) in APAC. Establish operating models, drive cost reduction, strengthen governance, and deploy procurement systems. Oversee regional PMO, develop TPM TOM, and manage offshore MGS organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish integrated governance for Procurement and Third-Party Management.
- Provide regional supervision of third-party risks.
- Govern contract review processes and commercial terms optimization.
- Oversee APAC rollout of the Global Third Party Risk Management Program.
- Drive integrated supplier performance management (SRM + TPM).
- Develop and execute regional category strategies aligned with business priorities.
Requirements
- Experience in regional governance and execution of Procurement and TPM.
- Experience in establishing APAC operating models for TPM.
- Experience in developing regional procurement strategies.
- Experience in strengthening governance and deploying procurement systems.
- Experience in driving cost-reduction and cost-avoidance initiatives.
- Experience in collaborating with PB organization.
