About the role
Provides end-to-end support for client due diligence, credit review, control, and management of legal covenants within the APAC Global Corporate & Investment Banking business. Acts as a trusted partner to the front office, ensuring compliance with MUFG policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence of new and existing clients and counterparties
- Manage legal covenants and monitor portfolio
- Support relationship managers in client account material preparation
- Conduct product suitability reviews
- Collaborate with the Legal department and external counsel
- Support development of regional/global risk frameworks
Requirements
- Experience in an analytical and/or client coverage role in corporate/investment banking (APAC region)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Engineering Science
- Strong knowledge of financial terms and data analysis ability
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
- Problem-solving with an innovative and pragmatic approach
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure
