Senior Associate/AVP , Specialist, M&A Strategic Advisory

Business Function DBS Strategic Advisory provides end-to-end solutions to help corporate clients achieve their business objectives, including enhancing shareholder value through mergers and acquisitions. The team has worked on transactions of all sizes and complexity, including some of Asia Pacific's most significant M&A deals. Using the DBS Asian connectivity to find partners, they connect corporate clients in North Asia, Southeast Asia, India and Australia with each other, for M&A transactions, business joint-ventures and strategic investments. Responsibilities Prepare client presentations and pitches Undertake corporate finance analysis, including financial models and valuation analysis Perform industry and company research and analyze trends Lead workstreams in project and M&A transaction execution Support senior bankers in idea generation and deal origination and execution for Food & Agri, Industrials, and TMT sectors Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field Minimum 4-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills Familiarity with the Food & Agri, Industrials, and TMT sectors Location: DBS Asia Central Job: Product Sales Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
