Business Function Institutional Banking Group (IBG) provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards. This role sits within the IBG COO Office and is responsible for leading end-to-end strategic transformation initiatives and governance frameworks across IBG. This is a high-impact, front-to-back role combining strategy, execution, and governance, with direct exposure to senior management forums and decision-making. Responsibilities Lead, manage, communicate and implement end-to-end simple to complex transformation projects, enhancements, and solutions as the Bank transforms the way we work Leverage on digital solutions (including but not limited to AI tools) for implementing internal projects within IBG or with cross-function stakeholders Drive periodic reviews and enhancements to policy and process improvements to support IBG activities, ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiencies Represent IBG as a central interface across stakeholders from Business Unit/Support Unit Work with various IBG teams and other stakeholders collaboratively to ensure alignment of policies, processes and initiatives Prepare business updates and presentations to senior management on key initiatives, areas of focus, business policy and process changes Communicate programme updates, risks and decisions clearly to senior management Influence decision making and resolve competing priorities across stakeholders Study various dimensions of data, perform analysis of data trends, and formulate recommendations for business and process improvements Requirements Bachelor's degree with at least 4-8 years of relevant experience in a banking environment Strong analytical and organizational skills with a good sense of business environment and attention to details Strong communicator with good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills; able to present information in a clear and concise manner Strategic thinking ability to translate strategy into delivery; hands-on execution Strong commitment and collaborative mindset to deliver excellent quality of work; must be a team player Strong understanding of Bank's policies and processes, knowledge of IBG-owned and/or related policies/processes will be an advantage Location: DBS Asia Central Job: COO Office/Business Mgt & Support Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
