Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end static data maintenance for client, account, and product data.
• Process account lifecycle events including opening, closure, and profile updates.
• Ensure data compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements through maker/checker controls.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, breaks, and exceptions promptly.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders across various departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and mitigate data risk.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in banking or financial services operations.
• Exposure to static data, account maintenance, or client onboarding preferred.
• Solid control mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Able to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator with good stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
