About the role

The Sales Account Manager, Clinical Genomics will drive adoption of MiRXES' clinical genomics test solutions in Singapore by managing key accounts and KOLs, forecasting sales, and collaborating with marketing, product, and medical affairs teams. The role requires 2+ years of sales experience in oncology, fertility, molecular diagnostics or specialty care, a relevant degree, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain account and KOL information in CRM and manage weekly activities, leads, opportunities, and pipeline.
  • Drive market reach and test adoption by working with public and private cancer centers and healthcare institutes.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from quoting, evaluation, tender, purchase, delivery to invoicing.
  • Coordinate with product marketing and medical affairs to engage physicians and support post‑test report analysis.
  • Conduct functional group meetings with customers and provide resources as needed.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing sales and business development experience in Oncology, Fertility, Molecular Diagnostics, or Specialty Care.
  • Knowledge of the Companion Diagnostic Testing market (preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication (written and oral), and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to drive cross‑team collaboration and build consensus across functional groups.
