Key Responsibilities
- The HR Generalist cum TA supports end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition across the Southeast Asia market.
- This role partners closely with regional leaders and local stakeholders to ensure consistent HR practices, strong hiring outcomes, and compliance with local labor regulations, while remaining hands-on in day-to-day execution.

- Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India)
- Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and HR processes Support performance management cycles, promotions, confirmations, and employee movements Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, with hands-on recruitment exposure Prior experience supporting multi-country SEA operations is highly preferred Working knowledge of SEA labor laws and HR practices (depth in 1–2 countries, exposure to others)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across countries Strong recruitment, interviewing, and candidate management skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience in startups, biotech, or fast-growing regional companies Familiarity with HRIS / ATS systems This position is based in Singapore.
