Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Development Research Officer to support research activities and contribute to the development of new products and technologies.

- Assist in designing experimental plans, collecting data, and performing statistical analyses.
Requirements
- At least diploma in molecular biology or related discipline.
- 1–3+ years of experience in laboratory research, product development, or applied R&D (internships and academic research acceptable).
- Strong experimental and analytical skills, particularly in DNA/RNA-based diagnostic assays (Quantitative real-time PCR, multiplex-PCR), NGS and circulating nucleic acid analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with common laboratory equipment and basic data analysis tools.
