About the role
The Singapore Mint, a subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, is seeking a Head of Bullion to lead the expansion of the Bullion business under the brand name Lion Bullion. This role involves developing new products, managing hedging, pricing strategy, negotiating with refineries, and enhancing the Lion Bullion platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead in the expansion of the Bullion business under the brand name Lion Bullion.
- Develop new products beyond online retail.
- Handle hedging within the risk management policy.
- Develop pricing strategy.
- Negotiate with refineries to ensure continuous supply of Bullions.
- Enhance the Lion Bull Bullion platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, banking related discipline.
- 10+ years in financial services with bullion/precious metals management preferred.
- Proven experience leading a Bullion product launch and delivering large-scale product launches.
- Strong understanding of bullion trading, settlement, risk management, and market microstructure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication; confident with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
