Requirements
- , Skills & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
- 3–6 years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or plant engineering (power/utilities/process industry preferred)
- Basic knowledge of thermal plant systems (GT, HRSG, BOP; BESS is an advantage)
- Familiarity with reliability methodologies (RCA, FMEA, RCM) and maintenance strategies
- Ability to analyze plant and equipment data for performance and reliability improvement
- Exposure to digital tools, condition monitoring, or predictive maintenance systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in a plant environment
