About the role

Responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle, administering FIDIC-based contracts, ensuring transparent and compliant processes, evaluating contractor submissions, monitoring contract performance and risks, conducting vendor sourcing and prequalification, and collaborating with project, HSSE, finance, and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full procurement lifecycle including tender preparation, evaluation, and award recommendations
  • Prepare and administer FIDIC-based contracts, including variations, EOT, and claims management
  • Ensure transparent, compliant, and audit-ready procurement processes
  • Evaluate contractor submissions and support commercial negotiations
  • Monitor contract performance, costs, and risks throughout project lifecycle
  • Conduct vendor sourcing, prequalification, and performance management

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management
  • Experience in Vietnam construction/industrial projects preferred
  • Familiar with FIDIC contracts (e.g. Yellow Book)
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skill
